Security All online transactions at M&M Tack Shop are handled with industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) encryption using the "Stronghold" secure server. In our opinion, this is the best security program available on the market today. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. Your credit card number is never transmitted by email or any unencrypted format. We have been able to find no instances of security compromises using Yahoo Store's software, which is employed by many other leading online stores. Of course, there is always a danger that unscrupulous people will find a way to obtain credit card numbers, but with M&M Tack Shop you are safer than if you used your credit card in a store or restaurant. We will continue to improve security to take advantage of the latest improvements in the technology. Privacy Policy Any personal identifying information you provide to M&M Tack Shop via the Internet or through any or other medium is for the exclusive use of M&M Tack Shop. We will not sell this data or otherwise make it available to anyone outside of M&M Tack Shop without the permission of the customer. We will maintain a database of customers in order to make them aware of new products and services offered by M&M Tack Shop. Return Policies M&M Tack Shop guarantees that our products will be of the highest quality and workmanship possible and free from any defects. If you order a custom made item, that item is being made just for you. While we will make every reasonable effort to make sure that the product fits you and you are happy with it, there can be no returns on custom goods. For non-custom items, the item should be returned within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund or store credit. To get a return authorization, please send a message to mmtackshop@mindspring.com. If this product was damaged or defective in some way, M&M Tack Shop will refund the cost of shipping the product back to us. If there was some other problem (wrong size, just didn't like the product), then the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. No refunds will be made until we receive the item back in salable (unworn and unused) condition with all tags intact. M&M Tack Shop may, on a case by case basis, accept returns on items that have been kept longer than 30 days. In these cases, M&M Tack Shop reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price of the item. In any case a return receipt code will be required on all returns.
